Gemlik type black olives are naturally fermented for a period of 6-9 months in CTP ( Fiberglass Reinforced Polyesters) tanks.
Black olives in CTP tanks are fermented by oxidation ( by air ).
Green olives are fermented in CTP ( Fiberglass Reinforced Polyesters) tanks.
